CANCELLATION AND REFUND

  • All sales are final. Cancellations or refunds are not possible once an order is placed.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

  • Returns and exchanges are not accepted, as we sell unique and limited edition items.

DAMAGED PRODUCTS

  • In the rare event of a damaged item, please email us clear pictures of the damage at jdmcltr@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving the product.
  • Our team will review the damage and respond within 48 hours.
  • If the damage is verified, we will issue a store credit
  • The store credit is valid till 1 month from the date of issue.

ADDITIONAL TERMS

  • Returns for damages caused by customer misuse or mishandling will not be accepted.
  • Items showing signs of intentional damage will not qualify for store credit.
  • Our quality team's assessment of the damage is conclusive.

*Note: Store credit will be issued at our discretion based on the condition of the returned item.
